2. Realtor Locating--We will provide you a list of realtors in the area where you are moving, shop for you with those who have properties that meet your criteria, and help you get in touch with the realtor that has the property you finally choose after comparing videos and photos.
3. Neighborhood Search-We will get you a map of the city or area you wish to relocate and provide information on the various neighborhoods, availability to schools, churches, pharmacies, doctors offices, grocery stores, and shopping centers close to the properties you are considering.
4. Utilities and Necessites--We will help you set up or coordinate ulitilies transfer of services which includes telephone and cable to new or preowned homes or residences, etc.
5. Furnishing Coordinator--In addition we can finds blinds, shades, drapes, so that when you move you will have the privacy you neet to get settled in, or if you need furniture, appliances, etc. we can shop for those as well to save the cost and hassle of moving large appliances.
6. Building and Installation--If you need out buildings, a childrens playhouse, or a shop in addition to the house you have selected we can supervise the installation of these portable buildings so that there will be a place for your tools, lawn equipment, and children's get-away from the moment you arrive. We can also coordinates any property maintenance or repairs, have your lawn mowed and a yard person hired and on the job.
7. Bank Locator--We can find information on local checking and savings count incentives and what the interest rates are for CD's and IRAs so you can select your best banking options and help make sure the transfer of your finances and accounts is painless and your accont available for your access when you arrive.
8. Job search--If you need a job or your spouse needs a job in the area where you plan to relocate we can put you in touch with job reliable finder organizations and employers in the area for the types of jobs that fit your experience and interests.
