Jack is so gentle and smooth even at a canter,
that a child can ride him bareback.
Jack has always been a part of the family. If he wanted to share our food or drink he has been allowed to do so on occassion. His favorite drink is Coca Cola, but he is not indulged in his preferred drink often enough to cause him physical harm. However, when he won his world championship at Ava in 1991 Jim went and bought him a "Coke" for a reward. If he could go out there and win a world championship he deserved to celebrate with everyone else and with his drink of choice.
Along with this unique personality Jack has always been a true gentleman. He is gentle enough that even a child can ride him. In the photo above JACK is pictured being ridden by a child bareback at a smooth and gentle canter. This disposition is why those who come to see Jack and visit with him usually can be heard to comment, "What a disposition!"
